Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") on 28 September 2026 regarding the Company's convertible loan financing of up to NOK 35 million (the "Convertible Loan Financing"), of which NOK 21 million had been committed at that time.
In light of continued investor interest and ongoing commercial progress, including the potential paid development partnership last communicated on the Q2 2026 earnings release 31 August 2026, the Company has, in consultation with Arctic Securities AS as manager (the "Manager"), decided to extend the period for submitting notifications of interest from 9 October 2026 at 16:30 CEST to 20 October 2026 at 16:30 CEST.
Existing shareholders and new investors interested in participating in the Convertible Loan Financing may continue to submit a non-binding notification of interest to the Manager by the extended deadline, by telephone at +47 22 93 72 46.
